What You’ll Do • Identify & approach resort owners, villa owners, hospitality brands, real-estate developers. • Conduct discovery & audit calls with decision-makers. • Present ProBizGrowth’s ₹70k–₹1.5L/month growth retainers. • Close deals & onboard clients. • Build referral & partnership channels. • Maintain a sales pipeline and weekly closure reports. Who Should Apply ✅ 2–5 years in agency sales / B2B services sales ✅ Strong communication & objection-handling skills ✅ Comfortable selling ₹1L+ retainers ✅ Outcome-focused (bookings, leads, revenue — not followers) ✅ Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable Not For You If ❌ You wait for leads to come ❌ You struggle with follow-ups ❌ You are uncomfortable talking money ❌ You’ve never closed retainers
