Responsibilities; · Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential clients and target markets. Develop strategies to approach and engage with these prospects. · Sales and lead generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. · Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. · Develop and deliver sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition, features, and benefits of the company's products or services. · Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties. Close sales deals and secure long-term partnerships. · Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide valuable market feedback and insights to improve products and services. · Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to effectively position the company's offerings in the market. · Reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
