Responsibilities include proactively reaching out to potential clients, analyzing market trends, executing business strategies, preparing proposals, and meeting revenue targets. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning • Knowledge of HR Staffing Industry • Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, including key players, market trends, and regulations • Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Partnership Development • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or energy-related roles is a strong advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
