Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhadreswar for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role involves market research, outreach to potential clients, creating proposals, and negotiating deals. Qualifications • Business acumen including skills in Market Research, Sales Strategy, and Strategic Partnerships • Client Relationship Management and skill in maintaining long-term client relationships • Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Closing Deals • Communication and presentation skills to effectively represent company offerings • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in business development or sales roles • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams • Understanding of software development and digital marketing services is a plus
