About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – APAC Region to drive business growth across Asia-Pacific markets. The role will focus on new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and building strategic relationships with decision-makers across the APAC technology ecosystem. This role requires strong consultative selling skills and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver customized B2B marketing and growth solutions. Key Responsibilities • Drive new business acquisition across APAC markets (Singapore, Australia, Southeast Asia, etc.) • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and marketing leaders • Design and pitch customized B2B marketing and growth solutions • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets • Represent SOUKMEDIA in client calls, demos, and negotiations • Contribute to strengthening sales strategies, frameworks, and processes Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in international B2B sales or business development • Experience selling marketing services, digital solutions, IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close mid-to-large deals • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and inside sales processes What We Offer • Opportunity to work with global technology clients • Performance-based incentives • A high-ownership role with direct revenue impact • Exposure to international B2B marketing and growth strategies • Long-term career growth opportunities
