We’re on a mission to redefine how businesses hire top tech talent. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with 2–5 years of experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation to help us grow our client base and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to C2H, Contract, and Permanent staffing models and a proven ability to generate and convert leads. Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities in IT Staff Augmentation Handle the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure Prepare proposals, rate cards, and handle commercial discussions Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reports Required Skills & Experience • ️ 2–5 years of experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation sales • ️ Strong knowledge of C2H, Contract & Permanent hiring models • ️ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • ️ Experience working with Indian and/or international clients is a plus
