US Staffing Business Development Manager – Tier 1 | Implementation | MSP/VMS Drive new business with Tier 1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and direct implementation clients. Acquire and manage MSP/VMS programs (Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit). Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, MSA/SOW, and onboarding. Build and grow long-term client and vendor relationships in the US market. Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure high-quality submissions and closures. Meet revenue, margin, and account growth targets. Strong understanding of US IT staffing, compliance, and VMS workflows. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced staffing environment. Existing Tier 1 / MSP / implementation network required. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in building relationships and closing deals in the US IT staffing ecosystem while representing TALENDICA LLC as a trusted staffing partner.
