About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in our Commercial Turnkey Interior industry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the Real Estate Corporate market and excellent leadership skills, negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, landlords, and building managers. Requirements What you will do: • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients • Identify and pursue Corporate Fit-out for Office Spaces, Co-working, Retail Brands • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' needs • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines • Collaborate with internal teams, including Interior designers & Project Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of clients • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team Desired Profile: • Min. 03 to 08 Years of experience with Commercial Real Estate / Interior Fit-out • Any Graduation OR Master's in Marketing / Real Estate • Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and current trends • Excellent communication skills for effective client acquisition and relationship-building • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals Perk & Benefits: • Uncapped Incentive based on project achievements • Salary: Decent Hike for the relevant Exp. candidate • Travelling Allowance • 6 Days Working
