We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the commercial turnkey interior and corporate fit-out industry. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relations, and expanding the company's presence within the corporate real estate and office interiors market. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into successful projects, and maintaining long-term partnerships with corporate clients, real estate consultants, landlords, and building management teams. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and industry outreach • Identify potential projects in corporate office fit-outs, co-working spaces, retail interiors, and commercial design solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, building managers, and real estate consultants • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities • Manage the complete business development cycle including client acquisition, negotiation, and project conversion • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project management teams to develop customized client solutions • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client engagement • Manage multiple client accounts and maintain regular communication to build long-term relationships • Track sales performance, manage project pipelines, and prepare regular reports for leadership teams • Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and industry discussions to strengthen market presence What Makes You a Great Fit • 3-8 years of experience in business development within commercial real estate, office interior fit-outs, or corporate interior solutions • Strong understanding of the corporate interiors market and commercial real estate ecosystem • Proven experience generating leads and converting opportunities into successful projects • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships with industry stakeholders • Experience managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously • Strong analytical mindset for identifying new business opportunities and market trends • Graduate in any discipline, with an MBA in Marketing or Real Estate considered an advantage • Motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong drive to achieve business growth targets
