Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dehradun. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and innovation. Qualifications • Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills • Experience in strategic planning, market research, and identifying growth opportunities • Proficiency in negotiation, deal closing, and contract management • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience or knowledge of the packaging, labeling, or supply chain sectors is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
