• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. • Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects across the Noida region. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel networks to expand market reach. • Formulate and implement effective sales and business development strategies to boost property sales and market share. • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure. • Conduct site visits with prospective clients and deliver detailed project briefings. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and other key stakeholders. • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience. • Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Stay up to date with local market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming real estate developments.
