Role Description This is a full-time onsite role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Pharma, specifically Excipients, APIs, and Intermediates Sales. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and negotiating contracts. The BDM will also be responsible for market research, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's strategic goals. Qualifications • Strong sales and business development skills, particularly in Excipients, APIs, and Intermediates • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis to identify and seize business opportunities • Relationship management skills, including the ability to engage with clients and maintain long-term partnerships • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with proven problem-solving and decision-making skills • Educational background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred) • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or B2B sales is highly advantageous • Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
