Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business for our India staffing services. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, and companies requiring contract staffing services. The ideal candidate should have experience generating staffing opportunities and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities for contract staffing services. • Target and acquire MNC, GCC clients and mid-to-large companies in India. • Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams. • Generate staffing requirements and convert them into active client engagements. • Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver candidates for open roles. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. • Maintain strong client relationships and expand existing accounts. Requirements: • 3–8 years of experience in business development or sales within staffing/recruitment industry. • Proven experience bringing new staffing clients and contract staffing opportunities. • Experience working with GCC companies or enterprise clients is preferred. • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Good understanding of India staffing market and hiring trends.
