Business Development Manager (BDM)
About the job
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) in the Staffing/Recruitment industry who can drive new client acquisition and manage existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT / Non-IT staffing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close staffing deals. • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery. • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements. • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Required Skills: • 6–10 years of experience in business development in staffing / recruitment industry. • Strong network with corporate clients and decision makers. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Good understanding of IT / Non-IT recruitment and staffing models. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
