Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specialized in ERP/HR software domain based out of Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Chennai. Mandatory Skills: • 4+ years of relevant experience in software Business Development Lifecycle from lead identification to signing the contract as Customer Success Managers • Must have highly professional and self-motivational skills to achieve 100% YOY growth • Proven Software demonstration, Estimation and custom proposal making skills • Ready for extensive travel to client locations • A proven go-getter to achieve set targets • Expert in complete BD lifecycle process from large corporate Lead generation until contract signing and further relations management for up-selling and cross-selling Qualifications • A qualified Graduate/PG with 4+ years of Software BD experience • Proven communication and with excellent writing skills
