Business Development Manager – Contract Staffing
About the job
This is a pure corporate sales role focused on new client acquisition and revenue growth in Contract Staffing / General Staffing. The role demands hands-on experience in selling large-scale manpower solutions, driving headcount ramp-ups, and owning billing and P&L-linked targets. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new corporate clients for Contract / General Staffing across targeted industries. • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, commercials, negotiations, closures. • Drive manpower deployment, headcount ramp-ups, billing, and revenue growth. • Build and manage key decision-maker relationships (HR, Procurement, Business Heads). • Translate client requirements into scalable staffing solutions in coordination with recruitment & ops. • Ensure commercial viability, adherence to SLAs, and contract compliance. • Achieve assigned monthly / quarterly revenue and billing targets. Candidate Profile • 5–10 years of Business Development / Corporate Sales experience in Contract Staffing / General Staffing. • Industry exposure across BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or Services (any 2–3 relevant sectors preferred). • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition (hunting) and scaling accounts. • Strong understanding of manpower commercials, billing models, and margins. • Experience managing large headcounts and multi-location staffing engagements. • Ability to work as a high-ownership Individual Contributor. • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. • Any Graduate Interested candidates meeting the above criteria may apply via Naukri or share their resume at sajit@talentdeploy.in Please note: Only candidates with relevant Contract Staffing sales experience will be shortlisted.
