Hiring: Business Development Manager – Corporate Interior & Turnkey Projects 📍 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Field-Driven Market Role) 🕒 Experience: 2–4 Years | Corporate Sales / Business Development 🎓 Qualification: MBA – Marketing (Regular / Full-Time) Role Overview This is a high-ownership, field-oriented role responsible for driving new business opportunities for BRENUR in the Mumbai market. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, developing strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, architects, developers, and project consultants while building a sustainable pipeline of interior fit-out and turnkey projects. This role will play a critical part in establishing BRENUR’s brand presence in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation • Identify and approach potential corporate clients, builders, architects, PMC firms, and real estate developers across Mumbai • Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and industry connections • Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate interior and turnkey fit-out projects • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships • Map the Mumbai commercial real estate and corporate interior market • Identify key opportunity zones including IT parks, commercial buildings, and business districts • Build partnerships with architects, interior consultants, project management companies, and facility managers • Represent BRENUR at industry networking events and professional forums Client Relationship Management • Develop strong relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Managers, HR Heads, and Project Heads • Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and costing teams for proposals • Manage site visits, presentations, quotations, and negotiations • Ensure smooth transition of closed projects to the execution team Reporting & Coordination • Maintain daily / weekly reports of meetings, leads, and conversion status • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to management • Coordinate with Bangalore HQ for design presentations, costing, and project proposals Candidate Requirements Education • MBA in Marketing from a recognized university (mandatory) • Additional certifications in sales, real estate, or project management will be an advantage Experience • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales • Prior experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management industry preferred • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals independently • Experience dealing with corporate clients and commercial projects is highly preferred Skills & Attributes • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to confidently engage with senior decision makers • Highly self-driven with a strong hunter mindset • Understanding of corporate interior fit-out process and project lifecycle • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software • Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai for client meetings and site visits Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Performance Incentive Project-based incentive on each closed deal Career Growth Opportunity to grow into Regional Sales Head – Mumbai Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate who: • Has good knowledge of the Mumbai commercial real estate market • Is comfortable doing direct client visits and relationship building • Has an existing network with architects, builders, or corporate clients • Understands interior fit-out projects and turnkey execution • Is proactive, organized, and results-driven with entrepreneurial thinking How to Apply Interested candidates may share their resume with the subject line: Application – Business Development Manager | Mumbai 📧 careers@brenur.com 🌐 www.brenur.com Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial screening followed by a management interview.
