Job Title: Business Development Manager – EdTech (Technical & IT Courses) Location: Bhopal (Onsite) Salary Range: ₹4 – ₹8 LPA + Incentives About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive admissions, partnerships, and revenue growth for our technical training programs (Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.). The ideal candidate understands both sales and technology education and can confidently communicate program outcomes to students, parents, and institutional partners. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets for technical programs. • Conduct counseling sessions explaining course curriculum, career paths, and placement support. • Convert leads from inquiries, walk-ins, and digital campaigns into confirmed admissions. 2. Lead Management • Manage CRM, follow-up pipeline, and lead status updates. • Schedule demos, seminars, and counseling sessions for prospective students. • Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency. 3. Partnerships & Outreach • Establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and coaching centres for student acquisition. • Conduct workshops, webinars, seminars, and career guidance sessions. • Support corporate outreach for placement tie-ups and hiring collaborations. 4. Product & Market Understanding • Deep understanding of technical courses: Full Stack, Python, Java, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps, React Native, etc. • Provide market feedback to academic and marketing teams to enhance offerings and positioning. 5. Reporting & Strategy • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts. • Identify new admission channels, market opportunities, and competitive insights. • Implement strategies for improved student acquisition and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred). • 2–5 years of experience in EdTech/business development/IT training sales. • Strong communication & presentation skills (Hindi & English). • Knowledge of IT/technical course structure and job roles. • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. • CRM management and strong reporting skills.
