This role focuses on driving sales and partnerships for Edtech products in Kochi, targeting schools, colleges, and institutions, with Malyalam fluency essential for local outreach. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect new business opportunities by visiting schools and colleges in Kochi, conducting demos, and building relationships with principals and educators. • Achieve sales targets through lead generation, client meetings, product pitches, and closing deals for Edtech solutions like online courses or learning platforms. • Manage a small sales team, monitor performance, prepare proposals, and report on pipeline and revenue metrics using CRM tools. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 3-7 years in business development or sales, ideally in Edtech, education, or B2B tech. • Fluency in Malyalam and English (written/verbal); strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Familiarity with Kochi education market, field sales, and tools like MS Office/CRM; willingness for travel and target-driven work. Languages Known: Excellent Proficiency in Malyalam and English. Work Location & Working Days: • Work from Office (Kochi) • 6-Day Week.
