Job Title: Business Development Manager – Field Sales Location: Chennai Experience Required: 4+ Years (B2B Enterprise Field Sales) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager – Field Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have strong B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SAP or other ERP solutions, CMMS, or EAM platforms, with the ability to manage enterprise accounts and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and enterprise client meetings • Drive B2B enterprise sales for ERP/SAP/CMMS/EAM solutions • Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and convert prospects into long-term clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM reports • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution demonstrations and proposals • Negotiate contracts and close high-value enterprise deals Required Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B enterprise field sales • Proven experience in selling SAP or other ERP solutions, CMMS, EAM, or enterprise software solutions • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling • Experience handling enterprise clients and large accounts • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to independently manage territory and achieve revenue targets • Good knowledge of Chennai market • Willingness to travel within assigned territory Preferred • Strong local enterprise network in Chennai • Immediate availability to join Note: Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
