🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – International Markets 📍 Hyderabad | 🌍 International Travel 🏢 Volta Impex Private Limited To fuel this next phase, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – International Market ... s with strong merchant export experience. 🔍 What You’ll Do • Drive international business development across Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, China, and other emerging markets • Build and grow merchant export–led business across multi-product portfolios • Identify new customers, distributors, and bulk buyers in global markets • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, Incoterms, payment terms, and risk • Work closely with sourcing, logistics, and compliance teams to execute exports end-to-end • Develop pipelines, forecasts, and growth plans aligned to long-term strategy 🎯 What We’re Looking For • 8–12+ years of experience in merchant exports / international trading houses / export-led BD roles • Proven ability to scale international business independent of captive manufacturing • Strong exposure to developing and emerging markets • Hands-on understanding of export documentation, logistics, trade finance, and compliance • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to balance volume, margins, and risk in dynamic global markets 🎓 Qualifications • MBA / PGDM in International Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) • Strong practical experience matters more than academic pedigree 🌍 Why Join Volta Impex? • Play a mission-critical role in a ₹500+ Cr growth journey • High ownership, real decision-making, and global exposure • Opportunity to build and scale a merchant export engine, not just manage accounts • Work with a leadership team that understands international trade
