Roles & Responsibilities: • As a BDM - Loyalty, you will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and generating new opportunities in the region assigned in the loyalty marketing and Trade domain. • Lead B2B concept sales efforts, ensuring individual targets and company objectives are met. • Identify, prospect, and engage with India's top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads through cold calling, regular interactions, and persuasive presentations. • Develop and deliver customized Loyalty and trade campaigns, requiring a deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, and channel partner engagement techniques. • Think strategically to align brand objectives and marketing goals with BigCity’s in-house rewards and tech-based solutions. • Build and nurture relationships with key prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, leveraging insights into India's loyalty landscape. • Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline by sourcing leads from internal and external databases. • Engage closely with all prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, understanding Loyalty landscape of India and address specific industry client’s needs accordingly.
