The role also encompasses creating customized travel solutions for corporate clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications • Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills. • Expertise in MICE, corporate travel management, and group tour planning. • Proficiency in negotiation, client presentations, and closing sales deals effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement. • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry and emerging trends, particularly in B2B travel services. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work under deadlines and meet sales targets consistently. • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. • Prior experience in a similar role or in the travel industry is highly desirable.
