We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Retail Software to drive regional growth, lead generation, and sales expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing market strategies, managing sales teams, building strong client relationships, and achieving business growth targets for retail software solutions. Job Responsibilities: • Create region-wise marketing plans and identify new business opportunities for retail software products. • Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies, and innovative ideas to drive expansion and profitability. • Focus on front-end sales activities to acquire new clients and expand market reach. • Use data insights to optimize sales strategies and track sales KPIs. • Generate leads through networking, trade shows, events, cold calling, and social media platforms. • Manage the complete sales cycle including proposals, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. • Supervise, guide, and motivate Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
