Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive in Indore. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting Lumen Atelier's lighting solutions to prospective and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Qualifications: • Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets • Knowledge of the building materials or lighting industry, along with the ability to present product features and benefits effectively • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills to build and nurture client relationships • Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • A proactive, self-motivated approach with problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred • Previous experience in sales or business development within the architectural, lighting, or construction sectors is a plus • Fluency in English and Hindi is required; additional regional languages are an advantage.
