Business Development Manager / Senior Manager - RCM We are building a high-performance US Healthcare sales team, and we’re looking for professionals who don’t just follow up on leads — but close deals and drive revenue. If you have experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing sales and want to work with qualified inbound leads + high earning potential, this is your opportunity. What You Will Own • Convert qualified inbound US healthcare leads into paying clients • Lead discovery calls with doctors, clinics, and hospitals • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot • Own the entire cycle: Lead → Discovery → Proposal → Closure → Onboarding 👉 This role comes with direct revenue ownership and performance-based growth Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales & Conversion • Handle inbound leads (no cold calling focus) • Drive consultative selling conversations • Maintain strong conversion ratios 🔹 Pipeline & CRM Management • Track and manage pipeline in HubSpot • Ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting 🔹 Client Engagement • Doctors • Group Practices • Hospitals • Understand client pain points and pitch value-driven solutions 🔹 Client Onboarding Ownership • Manage initial client setup to onboarding • Ensure smooth transition to operations • Build long-term client relationships What We’re Looking For • 8–10+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development • Experience in US Healthcare / RCM / Medical Billing (Preferred) • Proven track record in closing deals & revenue generation • Hands-on experience with: • HubSpot CRM • LinkedIn (networking & engagement) • Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills • Comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift) Compensation & Earning Potential Fixed Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA Incentives: High performance-based payouts (No Cap) Total CTC Potential: ₹16 LPA+ Benefits • Cab Allowance • Free Food (Night Shift) • Fast-track Career Growth • Direct exposure to US clients & high-value deals Why This Role Stands Out Work on qualified inbound leads Own high value deals in US healthcare market Clear path to Senior Leadership roles High earning potential for strong closers Who Will Succeed Here Someone who: • Thinks like a revenue owner, not just a salesperson • Has confidence to speak with US clients • Is driven by targets, incentives, and growth Email - guru@isourceindia.com or Whatsapp at - 9342679202
