We are looking for a mid-level sales professional with experience in selling recruitment solutions to the US market , specifically direct/permanent hiring services . The role involves acquiring new clients, building relationships with US-based companies, and ... driving revenue through recruitment consulting solutions. Key Responsibilities • Identify and acquire new clients in the US market for permanent recruitment services. • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure. • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and talent acquisition teams in US companies. • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets . • Maintain strong market intelligence on hiring trends and client needs. Requirements • 3–7 years of experience in selling recruitment / staffing services to the US market . • Strong experience in permanent/direct hiring sales (not bench sales). • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals . • Excellent communication and client engagement skills. • Ability to work in US shifts . Educational Qualification • B.E. / B.Tech (Preferred: Electronics, EEE, EXTC, or related engineering background ).
