About the job

Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager/Executive with 2–5+ years of cold calling and closing experience, especially in night shift sales roles targeting US clients. Key Responsibilities: • Close high-value deals and lead client negotiations • Handle inbound & outbound sales (primarily US clients) • Pitch marketing services including Social Media, Digital Marketing & Sales Funnels • Build strong relationships with authors and industry professionals • Create tailored growth strategies based on client needs • Consistently achieve & exceed monthly sales targets Requirements: • Fluent English with excellent communication skills • Proven experience in cold calling & deal closing • Prior experience in sales & night shift roles (Mandatory) • Strong knowledge of digital marketing & sales funnels • Self-motivated with strong negotiation abilities • Own laptop, stable internet & basic peripherals (Refundable equipment option available) Additional Benefits: • 1-Week Paid Training (50% salary) • Attractive Commission Structure • Career Growth Opportunities • Work-from-Home Flexibility
