Job description: • Conduct market surveys to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities. • Drive sales growth while ensuring timely payment collection from clients. • Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers/distributors to expand market reach. • Address customer requirements, handle complaints efficiently, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Process bookings and oversee order execution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Prepare and maintain sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics as per company guidelines.
