As a Business Development & Operations Intern, you will work closely with the CEO’s Office, Growth Team, and Operations Team, contributing directly to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and process execution. 🎯 Role Overview This role blends business development, sales operations, and execution. You will manage inbound leads, support conversions, coordinate internal teams, and assist leadership in improving operational efficiency and growth metrics. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Business Development (Inbound-Focused) • Handle inbound enquiries from parents and students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tutoring programs • Convert enquiries into trial sessions and paid enrollments • Conduct structured follow-ups to improve lead-to-conversion ratios • Maintain accurate CRM/lead tracking data Operations & Execution • Coordinate internally with academic and onboarding teams to ensure smooth execution • Track trial outcomes, enrollment status, and operational milestones • Support billing coordination and payment follow-ups • Assist in documentation, reporting, and dashboard tracking for management Growth & Strategy Support • Work with the CEO’s Office on daily business metrics and reporting • Identify bottlenecks in sales and operations processes • Suggest and implement process improvements • Support growth experiments and pilot initiatives 📌 Internship Details • Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Whitefield, Bangalore) • Duration: 3 Months • Stipend: ₹15,000 + Performance-Based Incentives • Conversion Opportunity: High-performing interns may receive a Full-Time Offer 📈 Post-Internship Opportunity • Role: Business Development Executive / Operations Executive • CTC: ₹3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives • Growth Path: • Business Development & Sales • Operations & Process Management • Account Management / Customer Success • Leadership-track roles in EdTech Growth ✅ Who Can Apply • Students or graduates from BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA, or similar backgrounds • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with sales discussions, follow-ups, and coordination • Analytical, organized, and execution-focused • Keen interest in startups, EdTech, business growth, and operations 📬 How to Apply 👉 Apply via LinkedIn, or 📧 Send your CV to contact@wardiere.xyz
