Job Title: Business Development & Operations Manager Department: Strategy, Operations & Growth Location: Head Office – Mumbai Reporting To: CEO / Managing Partners About Prodoos Prodoos Manpower Consultancy LLP, established in 2017, is a multi-vertical workforce and skill development organization providing end-to-end solutions across staffing, training, and workforce management. Our core business verticals include: • Placement Services (Blue-collar staffing & payroll management) • Skill Development through Short-Term Courses (Beauty, Electrical, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Bartender, etc.) • Home Care Services (Caregivers & GDAs for hospitals and homes) • RTD – Recruit, Train & Deploy Model • Restaurant Business Consultation • Hospitality Staff Training & RPL Programs. Prodoos is focused on building scalable, compliant, and impact-driven models across India by integrating skilling with employment. Position Overview The Business Development & Operations Manager will play a dual leadership role—driving business growth while ensuring smooth execution of operations across all Prodoos verticals. This role involves developing new revenue opportunities, strengthening existing business lines, launching new verticals, and ensuring operational excellence. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively as per business requirements and work closely with project coordinator, placement coordinator, field teams, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Market Expansion • Identify and develop new business opportunities across all existing verticals. • Lead the launch and scaling of new business verticals under Prodoos. • Build strategic partnerships with corporates, hospitals, hotels, training institutes, government bodies, NGOs, and sector skill councils. • Develop proposals, commercial models, MOUs, and contracts for new clients. • Explore new geographies for expansion of placement, training, and home care services. 2. Operations Management Across All Verticals • Oversee day-to-day operations of: · Placement Services · Skill Training Short Courses · Home Care & Caregiver Services · RTD Projects · Restaurant Business Consulting · Hospitality Staff Training & RPL. • Ensure SOP implementation, service quality, compliance, and performance tracking. • Coordinate with Project Heads, Placement Teams, Trainers, Mobilizers, Field Officers, and Caregiver Coordinators. • Monitor project timelines, manpower deployment, and service delivery. 3. Client & Partner Relationship Management • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and placement partners. • Handle key corporate accounts for staffing, payroll, and training services. • Ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term contracts. 4. Financial Planning & Revenue Growth • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets across verticals. • Monitor project profitability, cost controls, and billing cycles. • Support budgeting and forecasting with senior management. 5. Team Leadership & Performance Management • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations. • Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of operations and business development staff. • Build a culture of accountability, field ownership, and growth mindset. 6. Compliance, Documentation & MIS • Ensure proper maintenance of agreements, MOUs, payroll documents, training records, placement data, and home care documentation. • Strengthen MIS, reporting systems, and audit readiness across all verticals. 7. Travel & Field Expansion • Travel required for new project acquisition, client meetings, site audits, training center setup, and partner onboarding. • Represent Prodoos in meetings with government departments, sector skill councils, hospitals, hotels, and corporates. 8. Strategic Planning & New Vertical Development • Research market trends in staffing, caregiving, hospitality, and skilling sectors. • Conceptualize, pilot, and scale new business verticals aligned with Prodoos’s vision. • Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives. Qualifications & Experience • Postgraduate in Business Management, Operations, HR, MSW or related field. • 0–1 year of experience in business development, operations, staffing, skilling, healthcare services, or hospitality sector. • Strong understanding of placement models, training business, home care services, payroll & compliance. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel as per requirement of project.
