LOOKING FOR ENTHUSIASTIC BDE CUM RECRUITER WHO WORKS AS PARTNERSHIP MODEL Business Development (BDE) • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, and email outreach • Pitch recruitment / IT / HR services to potential clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, founders, and hiring managers • Understand client requirements and close service agreements • Maintain CRM, follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue client acquisition targets Recruitment • Understand client job requirements and hiring needs • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients • Handle offer rollout, follow-ups, and joining formalities • Maintain candidate and client hiring trackers MAJOR BDE (70 %) AND RECRUITMENT 30 % FLEXIBLE WORK HR-DEDICATION WORK NOT HOUR BASED This job is provided by Shine.com.
