Location: Remote / Hybrid Experience: 1–5 years (SaaS / B2B preferred) Budget: ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 About the Role We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Relationship Manager to expand our SaaS footprint across the US, UAE, and European markets. This role combines lead generation, outbound sales, and client relationship management to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets (US, UAE, Europe) • Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound outreach campaigns • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through lead generation and prospecting • Perform data extraction and research to identify high-quality leads and decision-makers • Conduct product demos and effectively communicate SaaS value propositions • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies • Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM tools • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Requirements • Proven experience in SaaS sales / B2B sales / business development • Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing • Experience with data extraction, prospect research, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work with international clients across different time zones • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound sales Good to Have • Experience selling in US, UAE, or European markets • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo • Understanding of SaaS metrics and sales funnels What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Opportunity to work with global clients • Fast-paced, growth-driven environment • Learning and career advancement opportunities
