Business Development Representative – India As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating conversations, creating opportunities, and paving the way for successful sales conversions. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships and connecting with prospects, ultimately contributing to our revenue growth in the India market. Join our dynamic team as a BDR and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. What You Will Do The Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are limited to). • Work closely with the Account Executives to develop an account plan to approach target customers via outbound techniques. • Transform Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Opportunities. • Nurture leads until they are ready to progress in the sales cycle. • Schedule product demonstrations. • Responsible for achieving ambitious quarterly targets and following up leads in a timely manner. • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects. • Take live chats and phone calls & follow-up via phone & email on leads. You have been there and done this…... • Outbound prospecting/inside sales experience preferably within Tech / SAAS solutions. • Over 2 years of experience in this field or similar. • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills. • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
