Business Development Representative (BDR) – Pintel The Opportunity Pintel is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be a core part of our expanding sales team. As a BDR at Pintel, you will help scale our outreach efforts in global markets—primarily the US—by running high-volume, highly-targeted outbound campaigns and owning the early stages of our sales funnel. Responsibilities (Core KPIs): • Number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) • Inbound Lead Response Time Your Day-to-Day: • Reach out to decision-makers across tech companies, SaaS businesses, and startups using email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels • Identify key pain points and map them to Pintel’s solutions • Manage all activity through our CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting What We Provide to Set You Up for Success: • Attio for CRM, sequences, and activity reporting • AI Native enrichment tools such as Pintel to automate prospecting • A supportive team and a dedicated manager for ongoing coaching • Access to call recordings, email libraries, and real-life examples to help you learn • Bi-Weekly training on tools, outreach strategies, and industry knowledge Who We Are Looking For: • Excellent written and spoken English • Persuasive communicator and active listener • Comfortable working US hours, if required • Highly organized and data-driven • Eager to build a long-term career in sales • Self-motivated, resourceful, and excited to grow with a fast-scaling startup
