About the job

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Representative based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. The Business Development Representative will engage with potential customers, provide information about Square Yards’ offerings, foster strong client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to meet revenue targets and optimize client satisfaction. Qualifications • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation • Strong Sales and Business Development skills • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written • Keen ability to build and maintain client relationships • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals • Relevant experience in the real estate, PropTech, or related industries is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field is preferred
