Business Development / Sales Executive
About the job
Job Responsibilities: · Generate new orders from corporates, retail chains, QSR brands, exporters, and FMCG companies. · Develop leads from printing, packaging, and branding agencies. · Visit corporate offices, warehouses, and procurement teams for business pitching. · Understand customer requirements related to size, GSM, printing, handles, and quantity. · Coordinate with production team for feasibility, costing, and timelines. · Prepare and follow up on quotations, samples, and negotiations. · Build and maintain long-term client relationships. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities. Required Candidate Profile: · 2–6 years experience in printing / packaging / paper products sales. · Strong corporate sales and B2B networking skills. · Experience dealing with procurement & purchase departments. · Knowledge of paper bags, packaging materials, printing processes (flexo / offset preferred). · Good communication & negotiation skills. · Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused. · Own vehicle preferred. Qualification: · Graduate (Marketing / Business preferred) · MBA Sales/Marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
