What you’ll actually do • Meet Channel Partners, promoters / CFOs of SMEs and emerging corporates • Understand their business model, cash flows and funding needs • Structure solutions through AICA such as: Working Capital, Secured / Unsecured Loans, Invoice Discounting, Structured Debt, Asset-backed Financing • Build a strong pipeline and drive deals from origination → closure Who will thrive in this role People who enjoy: ✔ Meeting entrepreneurs & channel partners ✔ Understanding businesses deeply ✔ Structuring financing solutions ✔ Negotiating and closing deals Ideal background: • 3–7 years in SME lending / corporate banking / NBFC / fintech / credit advisory • Strong understanding of financial statements and credit structures. • Experience interacting with promoters and CFOs.
