Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Specialist will identify new business opportunities through lead generation and market research, build and maintain client relationships, and foster partnerships to drive revenue growth. The role also involves analyzing market data, creating strategies to expand business operations, and ensuring excellent customer service while working closely with stakeholders to meet performance goals. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders • Lead Generation and Market Research experience to identify new opportunities and bolster revenue streams • Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, performance metrics, and formulating data-driven strategies • Proficiency in business tools and software that support sales and development activities is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and a results-driven attitude
