Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets. Duties also include negotiating contracts, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating NoBrokerHood's value proposition to stakeholders to drive business growth. Qualifications: • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven strategies. • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential customers and business opportunities. • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and problem-solving attitude. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in sales or business development, with a background in community management solutions, is a plus.
