Key Responsibilities • Interact with students and parents to understand their goals and suggest suitable courses. • Conduct telephonic and online counselling sessions to explain course features and benefits. • Follow up on enquiries through calls, messages, and emails to encourage enrolments. • Maintain and update student data in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. • Work towards daily and monthly targets for enquiries, counselling, and admissions. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi). • Confident, student-friendly, and willing to work in a target-driven environment. • Basic computer knowledge; willingness to learn CRM tools. Experience • Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
