We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Finance Associate to support financial planning, project-level financial control and budget management. This role will work closely with business and operations teams. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain Business P&L statements. • Manage project-level P&L ensuring cost and revenue alignment. • Assist in project budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. • Prepare MIS reports for management review. • Track project costs, margins and profitability metrics. • Support financial analysis for business decision-making. Required Skills & Competencies • Zoho Finance (basic level) knowledge. • MIS reporting - intermediate proficiency. • Business P&L understanding. • Project-level P&L experience. • Project budgeting and cost tracking knowledge. • Good Excel skills.
