**Job Title**: Business Finance Controller (PSS04155) • *Location**: Mumbai • *About the client**: Our client is a leading global pharma and consumer company. • *Job Purpose**:The purpose of this role is to partner with sales and marketing function to improve business analysis and decision making. • *Key Responsibilities**: - Work closely with the business to help it make key decisions, discuss future projections with key stakeholders- Develop key strategies that will impact on the financial results.- Partnering with the stake holders on financial decisions related to launch of new products, expansion of current capacity- Responsible to control promotional expenses to not be over budgeted- Decide on discounts to be given to institutions (part of institutional) business to protect the % of profit.- Define responsible credit limits for the stockiest to prevent the bad debts.- Audit of expenses and Incentive pay-outs of all functions.- Financial discipline and control on expenditure.- Financial interventional support to SBU heads to take major business decisions.

• CA / MBA Finance with at least 10+ years of experience in Finance with at least 6 years in business partnering
