About the job

Your Responsibilities Will Be • Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making across the division. • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize workflows and reduce costs. • Conduct competitive and market analysis to support product development and strategic planning. • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. • Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology or process improvements. • Support change management initiatives and training related to new systems or processes. • Partner with engineering and product teams to evaluate the performance of air filtration and ventilation systems. • Support the development of business cases for new initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. A master’s degree, preferably. • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in industrial manufacturing or environmental solutions.
