Business Growth Executive – Creative Services Experience: 0–2 years | Reports to: Business Growth Manager Division: Madverse (All verticals) Location: Lado Sarai, Saket – New Delhi Role Overview The Business Growth Executive is responsible for creating pipeline and initiating conversations. This is a frontline revenue role focused on: • outbound reach • lead generation • first conversations • setting up qualified opportunities This role is about volume + consistency + hunger. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach • Identify and reach out to potential clients across: • brands • startups • founders • marketing teams • Drive outbound via: • LinkedIn • cold emails • WhatsApp • referrals 2. First-Level Conversations • Initiate discovery conversations with prospects. • Understand basic client needs and requirements. • Position Madverse capabilities at a high level. 3. Pipeline Creation • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads. • Ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects into the system. 4. Meeting Conversion • Schedule meetings for senior team / founder. • Ensure prospects are pre-qualified before handover.
