Role Description We are seeking an experienced Business Head with 10+ years of expertise to lead and grow our operations in the event industry. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Business Head will oversee end-to-end event project management, drive business development, establish partnerships, and ensure excellence in client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing innovative strategies, managing budgets, leading a high-performing team, and optimizing operational processes to drive sustained growth. Qualifications • Proven leadership skills, including team management, decision-making, and mentoring expertise. • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, revenue generation, and operational execution in the event industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities tailored to the unique needs of event industry projects. • Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects, adhere to deadlines, and deliver results within budget. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
