Role Description We are seeking a full-time Business Head for our UPI Payments and Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) operations, based in Mumbai. In this on-site role, you will oversee day-to-day UPI and BBPS business traction, ensure customer acquisition and retention, manage business P&L and liaise with various internal and external teams for customer/product journeys, partnerships, compliance and marketing related requirements. Responsibilities include end to end ownership of the vertical and delivering targets set for growth. You will also be required to identifying growth opportunities, manage teams, analyzing market trends, managing key stakeholder relationships, and implementing strategies to enhance platform efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will track performance metrics, lead cross-functional projects, and collaborate with departments to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and experience in UPI Payments and BBPS - customer acquisition, retention, growth & operations. • Skills in data analysis, market research, and strategy development to identify growth opportunities and trends. • Stakeholder relationship management and collaboration with partners. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management abilities. • Proficiency in relevant financial tools and systems, with attention to compliance and regulatory standards. • Strong communication and team leadership capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Experience in the FinTech or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
