🔥 WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS HEAD (Marketing / Merchandising / Sales) Location: Bangalore Company: Go Go International We are a Bangalore & Tirupur based knit garment manufacturer with strong design capabilities and an established merchandising team. Now we are looking for someone who can take us to the next level. This is not a maintenance role. This is a business generation mandate. 🎯 The Mission Build and aggressively grow business across: · 🇺🇸 US · 🇬🇧 UK · 🇪🇺 Europe · 🇮🇳 India Target Segment: · Mid to high fashion brands · Order quantity range: 3,000 – 30,000 pcs per style · Focus: Ladieswear (primary) + Menswear · Not focused on ultra-low price / high volume mass business · Not targeting babies/infantwear We are design-driven and trend-focused. We want fashion customers who value development, quality and execution. 💼 Role: Business Head – Marketing / Merchandising / Sales · 10+ years experience in garment sales preferably knits. · Strong exposure to US / UK / Europe / Indian markets · Deep understanding of costing and margin structures · Strong network with buying houses, agents & brand offices (India & overseas) · Proven track record of generating new business · Relentless follow-up mindset · Comfortable leading an existing merchandising team · Capable of building and scaling a larger team as business grows · Will report directly to the Owner / MD We are looking for a hunter. Someone pushy, persistent and result-oriented. Someone who does not wait for enquiries — but creates them. 💰 Compensation ₹2.5 – ₹3 Lakhs per month (based on capability) Performance-linked upside for serious business generation.
