We are looking for Franchise Investor Sales Business Head for EBG Group for operations management etc. Company Website – www.theebg.com and https://tarzanretreat.com/ JOB DESCRIPTION Role Objective: We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Business Head – Sales & Franchise Growth to build and lead the sales engine driving franchise acquisitions, investor partnerships, across India. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the sales strategy, executing high-impact campaigns, driving investor engagement, and building a high-performance sales team. Key Responsibilities: Franchise & Investor Sales Strategy • Own and develop the sales strategy to attract and secure FOCO franchise partners and high-net-worth investors. • Identify target investor segments and geographies for outreach and expansion. • Create and refine pitch decks, proposals, financial models, ROI projections, and due-diligence materials tailored to investor needs. • Drive the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to closure — for franchise agreements and partnership investments. Team Leadership & Enablement • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and franchise acquisition team. • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and KPIs. • Provide coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing training to achieve measurable results. Market & Investor Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective investors, real-estate partners, industry bodies, and key ecosystem stakeholders. • Host investor roundtables, roadshows, conferences, and virtual presentations to drive brand visibility and pipeline growth. • Collaborate with marketing to build demand-gen campaigns, content, and events that fuel sales outreach. Sales Operations & Reporting • Establish a robust CRM and reporting structure to track pipeline, conversion rates, sales forecasts, and revenue targets. • Conduct regular sales reviews and adjust strategies based on market feedback and performance data. • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Marketing and Operations to negotiate franchise agreements and ensure smooth onboarding. Brand Positioning & Competitive Intelligence • Map competitor franchise offerings and investment models to refine the Tarzan value proposition. • Provide leadership with actionable market insights to steer pricing, product positioning, competitive differentiation, and growth direction. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. • 12–15+ years of progressive sales experience — ideally in franchise sales, hospitality/resort business, luxury travel, real estate or experiential services. • Proven track record of closing high-value deals, managing sales teams, and scaling revenue growth. • Experience dealing with HNIs, institutional investors, or franchisor sales models is a strong plus. Skills & Competencies • Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Strong leadership and team-building abilities. • Comfortable with data, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. • A network of relevant investor and industry connections is highly desirable. What You’ll Achieve • Build a thriving pipeline for Tarzan Adventure Resorts FOCO franchise partners. • Drive strategic sales growth and contribute to national expansion goals. • Strengthen brand footprint in premium experiential and eco-luxury hospitality. Reporting To • You will report to the COO of EBG Group Working Days • Monday to Saturday Working (6 days a week) Joining Time • Within 30 to 45 days from the date of Offer given Reporting Office • You will be based at our new EBG Group Central Office, Madhapur/Hitec City Area, Hyderabad Salary Package • Your Salary package will be at par with the industry standards based on your Experience and past achievements.
