As part of the Global Specialists Strategy and Planning group, the Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) team serves as the bridge between data, strategy, and execution. We design data-driven strategies, operationalize key initiatives, and translate complex data into clear insights that influence growth, performance, and strategic direction across the business. Our team partners closely with Sales Leadership, Strategy & Planning, Finance, and cross-functional collaborators globally — with significant engagement across Europe and the United States. Your Impact • Lead high-impact sales analytics initiatives from problem framing and incubation through delivery and adoption, ensuring measurable business outcomes. • Partner with sales, strategy, and operations leaders across Europe and the US to translate complex, ambiguous business questions into scalable, data-driven solutions. • Design and implement analytical frameworks, performance measurement systems, and executive dashboards that enable informed decision-making and improve strategic execution. • Drive structured discussions with senior stakeholders by synthesizing large datasets into compelling insights and actionable recommendations. • Expand the influence of the BIA team by building strong cross-functional relationships and positioning analytics as a strategic growth lever. Success in this role looks like stronger data-driven decision-making, increased adoption of analytical insights across teams, stronger executive confidence in data, and measurable improvements in business performance. Minimum Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Analytics, Strategy, or related analytical roles, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end sales analytics initiatives. • 7+ years of experience working with large-scale datasets across cloud and/or on-prem data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Teradata, SAP HANA etc.) • 5+ years of hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced SQL proficiency. • 3+ years of experience leading analytics projects or managing direct/indirect teams delivering measurable business outcomes. • Proven experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting models supporting sales pipeline, forecasting, or revenue performance. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization supporting geographically distributed sales and strategy teams. • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and predictive analytics use cases applied to business decision-making. • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
